Lee Housen Fine Jewelry will occasionally update its privacy statement to reflect company and customer feedback. When Lee Housen Fine Jewelry posts changes to this statement, you will see the word “Updated” next to the Privacy Policy link on the Lee Housen Fine Jewelry home page. Lee Housen Fine Jewelry encourages you to periodically review this page to be informed of how we are protecting your information. 1. In Stock
It’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 7 business days from the date ordered, but be sure to note the estimated “ships on” on each individual product page – this is the date it will leave our facility. You’ll see it above the “Add to Bag” button. Kindly note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.
2. Shipping Later
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You’ll see it above the “Add to Bag” button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
3. Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made especially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.
4. Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges
Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. Any import duties, custom fees, taxes or other charges that may be collected for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for accurate duty and tax information on international orders.
5. International Returns
Lee Housen Fine Jewelry extends the same return policy of 30 days on all orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, VAT and taxes that may be incurred in returning the item(s) back to Lee Housen Fine Jewelry. We do not accept C.O.D returns.
If any duties, VAT or taxes were paid to the shipping carrier on receipt of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact them to request any refunds.
In the event a package is refused at customs by the customer, or if a customer is unavailable to accept the package from the shipping carrier and Lee Housen Fine Jewelry is charged any return shipping charges, duties, VAT or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound shipment and return of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sales amount when the refund is applied.
We recommend using UPS or Federal Express to ship the item(s) back to us, however the return carrier to use is at the sole discretion of the customer.

Lee Housen Fine Jewelry has a flat rate shipping charge based on the shipping service which includes insurance for the wholesale value of the package.
Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email notification and you can also log into your account to view the tracking number.
6. Shipping charges are as follows
6.1 Domestic Rates:
- USPS 1st Class: $6
- USPS Priority: $10.25
- UPS 2nd Day: $20
- UPS Overnight: $26
6.2 International Rates:
- USPS International 1st Class: $14
- USPS Priority International: $45
- USPS Priority Mail Express International: $65
- UPS International: $70
- Saturday Delivery is available on request for an extra charge of $15
- O.D. is available for an additional $11 charge.
- For shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses, please select USPS as the shipping method as UPS/FedEx do not deliver to these.
